Shipping Information

Once we receive your order, we typically ship it out within 2-3 business days. If ever we do will not meet this shipping deadline (although it’s the exception not the rule), you will be notified by our customer service department via email to let you know the status of your order and any potential changes.

If you are in a real hurry, please send us an email after placing your order and we'll do our best to give your order special attention.

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the order summary link included with your order confirmation email. After you submit an order, you will receive a confirmation. We recommend you print this out and save it. In addition to listing what you purchased and where to ship your order, it also includes your confirmation number, which we will need in the event you need to contact us. We will also send you an email within minutes of placing your order reconfirming the details. Please keep in mind that the order section is updated once per day excluding weekends and holidays. After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email from us confirming the shipping method and date.

Orders for in-stock merchandise are normally shipped out 2-3 business days after we receive them. Actual receipt time depends on selected ship method. See estimates below.

Delivery occurs Monday through Saturday via the US Postal Service, and Monday – Friday via United Parcel Service. Deliveries are usually not made during national holidays.

If we have a question about your order, we will contact you by phone or email. Likewise, if you have any questions or changes to your order, please feel free to contact us via email or phone.

Shipping Methods and Rates

UNITED STATES

Standard delivery - Your entire order ships for $4.95 to any U.S./APO/FPO address. We choose the carrier based upon the most efficient way of delivering your package and ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Under normal circumstances, you should receive multiple piece orders within 5 business days. Single piece orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Under normal circumstances you should receive single piece orders within 5-8 business days

Express delivery - We also offer express delivery, for a rate of $25.00 for the first item and $5.00 for additional items, to the continental U.S. Most orders shipped via Express Delivery arrive in 3 business days. Please note that selecting express delivery does not eliminate production time, it only decreases the in transit time.

CANADA & MEXICO - We ship via the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail International. International orders leave US borders within 3-5 business days and are usually received within 1-2 weeks. Delivery time will of course depend on your country's officials expediency in processing your package Rates for shipping to Canada and Mexico are $20.00 for the 1st item and $5.00 additional items

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES - We ship via the United States Postal Service's Express Mail International. International orders leave US borders within 3-5 business days and are usually received within 1-2 weeks. Delivery time will of course depend on your country's officials expediency in processing your package. Rates for shipping to all other international locations are $33.00 for the 1st item and $3.00 additional items

International buyers are responsible for any custom or tariff fees charged by the destination country. Please contact your local authorities to determine these fees. Inprint will not be held responsible for items that are refused by the recipient. Inprint will not be held responsible for packages that have been tracked through USPS as leaving US borders. We do not offer lesser service levels. Our past experiences have found the airmail and ground services outside of North America to be unreliable.

Returns Policy

For an exchange or refund, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of when you receive them, by the most cost effective carrier (usually this is the US Postal Service), and in original condition (please, no worn, washed, torn retail packaging or used items). Please include a note indicating if you’d prefer an exchange or refund. Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order.

We do recommend that you return products to us insured or with tracking. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered, we can't give you a refund.

Ordering Methods and Payment Options

For your added protection, credit card orders without matching "bill to" and card verification numbers will no longer be processed. If you enter these items incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you at the phone number you provided prior to processing your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our site.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal check, bank draft and paypal funds transfer through paypal. NOTE: You must return to our site after completing your paypal payment in order to complete the order process.

We also accept credit card payments via phone. Under the pay by credit card option of your cart, choose "pay by phone" as the credit card type and complete your order as usual. You may contact us at (386) 329-2654 with your credit card information or we will contact you at the phone number you provide at checkout.

Personal checks, certified checks and money orders are also accepted via snail mail. Under the pay by credit card option of your cart, choose "pay by mail" as the credit card type and complete your order as usual. Please include the last 4-digits of your order number with your payment and mail to: Inprint, PO Box 377, Orwigsburg, PA 17961, USA.

NOTE: Personal checks are held for two weeks prior to posting to ensure funds availability. If you are in a hurry, please send certified check or money order.
